I. General

I must have a clear character reference to work with, with easily distinguishable colors and markingsI try to keep in good contact with my clients, and will usually offer a base sketch and the lineart as WIPs before I give them the finished piece
*Commissions under $70 will not recieve as many WIPSAny and all art you receive from me will not be used for commercial usePlease credit me as the artist when uploading to sites such as Toyhou.se (@sykamoor)The commissioner will NOT use my artwork in regards to NFTs (non-fungible tokens), blockchains, or to train AI (artificial intelligence) in any wayShould the commissioner break these terms of service, the service is void and the commissioner will receive a partial refund, based off how much of the commission was completed

II. Payment and refunds

I take payment in USDPayment is due upfront; for larger commissions ($150+) half upfront and half after completion is accepted, payment plans can be discussed for any commission over $100I use PayPal invoices to collect payment, but I may use another service including but not limited to Ko-fi, CashApp, Stripe or SquareI reserve the right to cancel or decline any commissionIf a refund is needed or requested the amount given back will be in relation to the commission's completenessEdits can be made at any time prior to the artist (myself) starting on the coloring stage, every edit after the lineart stage is completed will cost a minimum of $5 eachPrivate commissions can be discussed! These will not be posted to any of my social media sites and will not be a part of my portfolio
A 20% or more fee will be applied to these types of commissionsPlease be aware that I may charge a commission fee to cover PayPal's service fee, this amount will be calculated and added onto the total cost of your commission

III. Deadlines and Turnaround

You can expect your piece to be completed within 3 months at the absolute maximum, most of my clients receive their art in around 3 weeksYou may always check my queue or DM me regarding progress if it has been over 2 weeks since you last received a WIPIf you would like your piece by a certain date or within a particular timeframe please let me know!If a client requests a commission be completed within a very quick timeframe (2-7 days) a rush fee of 35% will be added onto the total commission price*Rush commissioners MUST have consistent and timely feedback regarding WIPS in order to deliver the piece within the agreed upon timeframe

Q: What do you use to draw?

A: I use Clip Studio Paint and a Kamvas 13!

A: I've been drawing for about five years now

A: I usually enjoy rendering and lineart the most!

Q: Do you do art trades?

A: I do take art trades, but usually only with mutuals

A: Requests and collabs are reserved for close friends, sorry!

A: Of course! Please keep things platonic unless we're friends and or we've previously discussed having our characters in a relationship
